Excellent location, facilities, super friendly and predisposed staff, we would return without hesitation

Returned late to Paris off the train and needed a close room just for the night. Proximity to St Lazare station is great. Otherwise the hotel feels very downmarket. Small, cramped, needing renovation. Room was just ok. Was fine for the few hours we needed it but would not recommend it for anyone wanting a longer stay or with any comfort or amenities. Bathroom was cramped, shower was poor with no pressure. Beds were hard and not overly comfortable.

The services provided were very poor considering the price we paid. The hotel is in desperate need of a full renovation; its only saving grace is the excellent location. Being in the heart of the city, close to major monuments and the metro, is very convenient. However, there are definitely better options nearby for less money. I wouldn’t recommend it, which is a shame because the location is perfect.
