Please do not stay here! I travelled in a party of three and we stayed for five days. On arrival at the hotel we found that our group of three with two bedrooms had been split in the building. Myself as a single occupant of one of the rooms was placed right next to the entrance and the other two parties were placed at the other side of the building. Hotel rooms are extremely small they are not well maintained there were numerous markings on the wall. The rooms had clearly not been cleaned everything seemed to have a layer of dust, especially the skirting boards. The laminate flooring was clearly chipped and sharp in some places to stand on. The bathroom is extremely small and the shower is extremely tight. In the room I had I found that the shower would not stay in place when switched on therefore I had to hold the shower head the entire time to have a shower however I could not remove this from the wall which made it difficult. The rooms fit the bed with very small space to move round the bed only. When the cleaners did attend they did not change the sheets they just turned them over ( I found this as I got a small bit of make up on the sheet and this was not changed for the 5 days we were there. The bathroom sink plug was pressed down the entire time so it was difficult to use. This was reported to the cleaner but nothing was done. The plug sockets in the room where all loose. Some did not work and some where place in parts of the room that made them difficult to use. The ac units in the room do not work. We visited when it was highs of 38 and they rooms where very uncomfortable. The walls in the hotel are very thin so you can hear every noise coming from the rooms at the side of you. As my room was by the entrance, I could hear everybody checking in checking out people running around the building. The windows to the hotel room rooms could not be closed or locked secure therefore anybody could come into your room at any point. My room had a balcony outside which was accessible by thought of the hotel rooms. During my state there was a group of young men and a group of young women who chose to spend their days and night sat out on that balcony till the early hours in the morning playing loud music making a lot of noise. When I complained about this to the front desk, they said they didn’t understand English and wouldn’t assist. During our stay none of our group was able to get much sleep due to the noise in the hotel and the concerns for our safety whilst we slept. Under my room was the kitchen so I had the noise of breakfast service setting up from 5 am. This was loud especially after hearing noise all night from other people. The other hotel room had the same issues with the window and their window opened up to a fire exit. They also found people throughout the day going up and down the fire exit and throughout the night. The main door to your hotel room and not secure. On one occasion in the middle of the night another hotel user push their way into the room and has to add to be asked to leave. The location of the hotel is good however the hotel is poorly maintained and unclean. The day staff where helpful with how to use the metro or which ones to get but nothing more. I would definitely not stay here again.!!

the hotel is right around the corner to a metro station that takes you straight to all attractions, it's got some good little shops and cafes around it which was nice for a stroll. the room was very small we had a twin room but we did only stay for 4 nights and it worked out well, we had the rooms cleans bins changed often, there was one day where we didn't get enough towels but it was fine they still got changed and you can tell it was run down and old but could not complain it's just a nplace to sleep, we were a couple doors down from the lift and we could hear a bit of noise in the night ppl coming back but it's expected and i found the breakfast a bit plain. the staff were lovely one guy didn't speak much english which is advertised but we found a way around it the ladies down at the food area were the loveliest and welcoming. overall the stay was perfect for what we needed, it's a cheap hotel just to sleep in, it did the job and it was easy access to everything with kind and helpful staff

Clean and well-located. Air conditioning is missing in the rooms. Apart from that, I recommend it.
