Citotel Hostellerie de la Nartelle

We had booked the apartment to have two independent bedrooms (snoring). But unfortunately, far from it: the bedroom is extremely small and cannot be completely separated from the living room. The sofa bed in the living room is a joke; it was not made, had (semen?) stains on it, and did not work properly (partially defective). The area also did not correspond to the truth. For an expensive 250 euros(!) per night, I expect a bit more. The bath towels were never changed in the 10 days, and no service ever took place either. The fully equipped kitchen turned out not to be equipped. Only the coffee machine was good. A washing machine and a dishwasher without instructions were also not usable like that. As far as the free Wi-Fi is concerned, we were also disappointed; on 7 days, there was practically no way to get onto the network. Once and never again. As far as Sainte-Maxime itself is concerned, it is a wonderful spot on the Côte d'Azur, and the Plage de la Nartelle in particular is excellent.

We spent a week at this hotel. Small property with about twenty rooms. For our part, we had room number 14 upstairs, with a sea view. The room is very pretty, well laid out, with tasteful decor. All the staff are very friendly and truly available. The hotel offers a very decent breakfast; you don't lack anything. The pool is quite large and is very well maintained. There is also a private parking lot with about twenty spaces. Thank you very much for the welcome and the quality of our stay. We will return to this establishment with pleasure.
