Excellent welcome. The room, even if not very large, was very good for us 4. The bedding was good and the breakfast really perfect. Unfortunately, the pool was not open yet, but this seems to be the case everywhere in April in the region.

I'm going to be factual. The location is very good. The room booked was very small, which is an objective observation by today's standards, regardless of the price. At no time did I expect or request an upgrade; if another level of comfort had been sought, I would simply have booked another category. I noticed a smell of humidity, resulting in repeated sneezing, possibly related to air conditioning. The mattress was very thin and clearly sagging by use. Cleaning was average. Common areas are correct. Late arrival was correctly anticipated (codes, access). When I arrived, I reported the condition of the room by message. Even without waiting for immediate intervention, further consideration would have been expected. The total lack of return is unprofessional. Simple statement. The customer has the choice to go through the reception or any other communication channel. Parking is complicated in the immediate vicinity. Solutions exist, according to the institution, but they are neither obvious nor always accessible, especially during busy times, and deserve to be communicated upstream. In practice, to get to the hotel, you must first be able to park. Finally, several factual points mentioned (bedding, air conditioning, humidity) have not been addressed in the reply to the previous Google review, although they constitute concrete areas of improvement for the establishment. Amazingly nice hotel, wonderful staff! Very good location, close to beach and Old Town. Easy with parking. Breakfast was generous and tasty. A real family feel-hotel, small and cozy! The staff are so helpful and do everything to make your stay as good as possible.
