Mercure Saint Raphael Valescure

Big management problem of the Maeva Group with regard to our stay from 2 to 16 August 2025 in apartment 338 of the residence Valescure in St Raphael. No face-to-face Welcoming in the lobby of the residence during the 15 days when it is indicated the reception hours 5:19 pm on the announcement (see photo cj). This would avoid incivilities such as dog droppings on the walls of the residence that stay for days, or dog urine just outside the reception in the lobby. Besides, no reception to rent clubs for the mini golf of the residence. No on-site agents available to adjust the bp of washing machines in the laundromat that stopped during the cycle as the sinkers were popping. 4h to make 2 machines and forced to stay in front of the drum to turn on the power regularly. Regarding our accommodation number 10/338 building B, it was neither checked nor cleaned by Maeva home agency before our arrival: Weeds in quantity on the balcony that I had to weed myself Air conditioning fan cables apparent on the balcony so lack of electrical safety for our children. Cracked hob Fridge patched with tape Rusty and dilapidated balcony table so impossible to eat on at the risk of injury Toilet door sunk Absence of basic equipment in a rental at this price (decanter, hangers, shovel, swipe). No light on the balcony for almost a week and therefore impossible to enjoy it fully, eat there or play board games with our children once night falls. It was only the bulb, finally changed 5 DAYS after our arrival, after multiple reminders, I was even advised to light up by candle to wait, in a rental at 2600 € .. Forced to modify the program of my vacation to wait for a technician or electrician who did not finally come, the luminaire being glued by the ravalement. No one from Maeva worried about the situation and I had to raise it regularly myself. Rusty pot Dishwasher in bad condition No deckchair and oven as shown in the accommodation ad The floor and disgusting tiles, stains on pillows and duvets (housekeeping offered therefore), no arcade games in the residence as shown (see photos), Hose draining soapy water to our balcony, probably from the neighbor's washing machine.. Shocking when written on the ad "Maeva Label Individuals Selection: Apartments maintained, up to date and with quality facilities. For a successful and comfortable holiday". This is false advertising, beware! Bcp d negative reviews when you look closer. And here's the Customer Service response after many reminders: Hello Florent, I will come back to you to follow up on our last exchanges concerning your file. After a further in-depth study of this, I regret to confirm that our position remains in line with the conclusion of our previous exchanges. I understand that this may be disappointing, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I hope these inconveniences do not taint your interest in maeva.com and that you will give us another opportunity to prove our seriousness for your next holiday. We are here to accompany you and make sure that your next holiday is all smiles. First, there is no reception on the residence, and you have to pick up the keys at the residence of the Esterel. When handing over the keys, I am informed that a cleaning fee, end of stay is mandatory. Thus, I leave the sum of 30 € for cleaning expenses. Arriving at the studio, I notice on the one hand that the cleaning was not done correctly as the terrace is dirty, and that the outside table is in the same condition. Secondly, the blackout curtain acting as a shutter is not in its place. The hooks being broken I could not put it back in place. Then I report the problem to reception. I am told that the problem should be resolved. This was not the case! I decided to enjoy the swimming pool supposedly heated until 31/10, again big disappointment because the water was simply freezing. I attach the photos of the state of the studio that speak for themselves.... Therefore, you will understand my discontent and by all these reasons, I ask for a full refund of my stay. It is unacceptable to pay for services that do not live up to the promise!!!!

I just visited south of France the city of San Raphael, St. Tropez, Cannes and Nice in France. What s beautiful place. Great weather and great place to visit especially when is off season. Highly recommend it.
