Celenya Hotel

Very bad experience at this hotel, and certainly the first and last time I stay there. As soon as I arrived, a guest was already at the front desk complaining: her television was not working and she was also reporting a leak in her bathroom. Unfortunately, that did not really inspire confidence for what was to come. It's my turn, I pick up the keys and discover that I am on the fourth floor… with a broken elevator. Once I arrived in my room, another disappointment: a very unpleasant smell, with odors coming up from the bathroom. The room was extremely small for two people, about 10 m². I had, however, booked a superior room with a balcony. As for the balcony, it was barely about 1 m², so it's hard to really call it a pleasant balcony. Given the price and the category of the room, I find the service largely insufficient. Between the problems reported upon my arrival, the broken elevator, the bad smells, the bathroom, and the size of the room, the experience was very disappointing. Honestly, this is the first and last time I come to this hotel. I will never come back again.

We were very well received at this hotel, which is very well located. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. We benefited from an upgrade and thus enjoyed a magnificent terrace. We highly recommend this hotel.

The young receptionist with blue eyes is more than pleasant, very smiling, and very professional! A delicious smoothie! She also recommended good addresses in Toulon to me. I would gladly return!
