Kyriad Prestige La Seyne Sur Mer

A hotel to recommend, restaurant that does not deserve to eat there.. a bartender to brighten up this evening!! Very good interpersonal skills, top-notch professionalism!!! Thanks to him Room 402

Upgrade, status, Platinum✅ Front desk staff young, dynamic, and friendly✅ The restaurant, Don Papé, is expensive, but considering that the area around the hotel is not very inviting at night, it is better to eat there👎 Regarding the room and breakfast, nothing to complain about, it was very good Despite the bad atmosphere around the hotel, I kept my five out of five rating because the hotel is not responsible for the situation in the city

We had booked two identical double rooms with single beds. We did not receive them that way. One of them was a room for people with limited mobility - nothing against these rooms and the corresponding target group, but the room did not suit us because: - there was no separate toilet - there was no desk - instead of a bathtub, there was an open shower with very low water pressure - despite complaining and asking twice, we were neither assigned another room nor offered a price adjustment. If I book two normal and identical double rooms and receive the corresponding confirmation, then I would like to be assigned exactly those rooms. So much for that. Furthermore, there were the following things to complain about: - the hotel was renovated quite nicely on the ground floor, but that does not apply to the doors and the bathrooms, - the hotel is neither particularly clean nor particularly well-maintained (dust and dirt where the eye does not immediately look), - unmotivated staff at the bar, - unmotivated staff at breakfast, - breakfast buffet was only refilled upon request, and small spoons for yogurt etc. were also missing. In general, I would not recommend this hotel, especially since the pricing is also quite optimistic.
