Well located. But very strict at the pool, bordering on a sheriff with the residence owners. Beaches not very welcoming except for the one with assistance for people with reduced mobility and the friendly shopkeepers

The accommodation itself is okay, but it is the only positive thing to remember. The rest completely ruins the family experience. At the pool, it’s the army: omnipresent, aggressive guards, who shout at children and parents whenever they dare... swim! Buoys forbidden, snack forbidden, games forbidden, laughs probably too! It's like a military camp. “Historical” owners play small chief by watching everyone from their balconies, ready to report at the slightest jump in the water or misfolded umbrella. Mood is treacherous, tense, everything is a source of reproach. We are far from the holiday and relaxation spirit. This will be the first and last time for us, and I strongly advise against this residence to anyone looking for some freedom, conviviality and family fun.

The residence, a condominium, is very well placed: Sea 5 minutes walk, "essential" shops are present just nearby (small caterer, bars and restaurants, grocery store, bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy). Remarkable cleanliness of the residence, with green and neat exteriors. Large swimming pool. The area of the elbow pad, 5 minutes walk, is beautiful, very well maintained and worth a visit (or several). The rented T2 apartment was very well equipped, quiet (as well as the whole residence), and well oriented (side domain therefore not exposed to heat). Notable: cleaning products or other consumables made available. We had a private parking space in the basement, accessible by elevator. Thank you to Alexandre for his warm welcome and sympathy. We recommend for those looking for a quiet stay. (i.e. the place is a condominium and not a holiday structure with entertainment). In response to some reviews regarding strict discipline of the pool: Yes we confirm from our experience that the people mandated for surveillance clearly have instructions to maintain calm and order among tourists. – This is not an evil in itself within the framework of respect among all. – BUT the supervisors are in no way entitled to disrespect and politeness, and forget that tourists are just as respectable as they are. Their behaviour (supervisors) is beyond acceptable. Don't hesitate to tell them. 4 stars overall because of this behavior. (5 stars have already been put on another review but it was about the rented apartment and not the residence in general)
