Magnificent residence in the immediate vicinity of Pramousquier beach. The infinity pool is extraordinary, with many lounge chairs, a very sunny area during the day, more shade starting at 5/6 PM, which is not unpleasant. Our accommodation had a sea view, which is quite nice (considering the price difference, $50 more, we did not regret it). The accommodation is very simple, a bit small (there were two of us in a 4/5 person unit so it was fine, but with 5 it must be more complicated). During a heatwave (36 degrees in the morning and 40 in the afternoon), the lack of air conditioning is a bit difficult, but you get used to it. The accommodations are poorly insulated, and the heat inside is as intense as it is outside. The fans are of little effectiveness. In short, we lived outside from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., which is still very nice. I really recommend this residence!

Small and aging accommodation without air conditioning. With the heatwave, it was impossible to sleep, knowing that the provided fans make a terrible noise. The accommodation indicated for 4/5 people has a cabin bedroom without a window and a bathroom/toilet without a window. With the heat, the 2 people in the cabin bedroom ended up on the sofa bed in the living room (fortunately there were 4 of us!), so it was no longer possible to move around. Little storage space, and the little closet there was, was already filled with winter duvets. The bathroom, saturated with humidity, constantly smelled bad. Besides, nothing dries either inside or outside (except in direct sunlight, for the short time it reaches the terrace). Broken lock problem: you shouldn't leave the keys in the door from the inside, even though this isn't indicated anywhere and we managed to lock the door without any trouble (which therefore shouldn't have been possible). Conclusion: more than an hour of waiting locked outside, and fortunately, it wasn't too late to get help... help that was charged to us because, for them, it couldn't have come from their old lock, and they have never heard of clutch-release locks! No umbrellas around the pool. No service on-site: no recycling bins on-site, no small convenience store... no bar. 20-minute walk to Cavalière, the closest center. The only positive point is the view of the pool and direct access to the beach, a 2-minute walk away. The website sells a dream... we will not be coming back.

Shame! We arrived at the beginning of August with our 1-year-old baby and endured a nightmare! The property is absolutely not suitable for young children because it is so steep with slopes and stairs; I almost fell several times with our stroller. But that is nothing compared to the furnace of the accommodation! I will skip over the filth and the ant infestations. It is bordering on uninhabitable housing! We had booked for 1 week but we could not stay more than 3 nights, even with a lot of willpower! We work hard all year to afford a vacation, only for this! Because the owners do not want to install air conditioning, even though it would be paid for with one week of rental! Shame on you! I am devastated to see our vacation ruined!
