The hotel has a very beautiful location and an appealing ambiance. However, the service has a lot of room for improvement.

It is a superb hotel with an incredible location and the pleasure of being able to enjoy both the sea and a very beautiful pool
The decor is very pleasant, cozy, you are immediately immersed in the marine atmosphere
The staff is really very welcoming and pleasant both at the hotel and in their three restaurants or at the SPA
Our room was simply perfect, with all the amenities and a feeling of being at home
We recommend it without hesitation

This hotel is a huge disappointment. Paying for a 4-star hotel at nearly €900 a night for such mediocre services is a scandal. I am already anticipating the management's response about "standard seasonal rates." That is false. I followed up the stay with another 4-star hotel nearby: price divided by three, quality ten times better. Admittedly, it was not "right on the water," but the beach remained nearby. The parking, the service, the staff, the size OF the pools, and the availability of lounge chairs were exemplary.
Under the pretext of having a beautiful view, the Bailli neglects everything, starting with the customer. The overall problem is, moreover, mathematical: the infrastructure is too small for the number of customers.
-Parking: The reserved small parking lot is saturated, making parking very laborious.
-The pool and the beach: Everything is undersized. We are packed on top of each other; it feels more like a vacation club than a 4-star hotel. The worst part: you absolutely must reserve to hope to get a lounge chair or a mattress at the pool or on the private beach. Otherwise, it's a towel on the sand just like for the general public.
-The service: At the pool house, the $7 lemonade is just a glass of water with two drops of lemon (whereas my next hotel offered it for free and unlimited all day long). The outdoor restrooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the elevator was broken.
The icing on the cake is the commercial management. The sea view from my room was partially spoiled by a large palm tree. Following my request for a change, I was first told that there was no more availability, before being offered another room of a different category... while demanding (after a "calculation" that lasted an hour...) a supplement of 45 €! It is petty and pathetic. In any establishment of this caliber, an upgrade is automatically offered as a goodwill gesture. Especially when the elevator doesn't work and the lounge chairs aren't available.
The policy here is clear to me: they fleece the transient customer thanks to the appeal of the sea, without any concern for customer loyalty. Avoid at all costs.
