Residence Le Domaine des Grands Pins - Lagrange Classic

I was reluctant when choosing this residence based on the comments posted. Arriving there, only pleasant surprises! The lady at reception was very nice. The apartment was very clean, the appliances recent and in good condition, the shower curtain and curtains also clean. There is a large balcony with garden furniture for comfortable dining for 4. The value for money was really excellent. It is ideal for a stay outside of summer. After the heatwave, since there is no air conditioning it must be more complicated, but frankly during the Easter holidays it was great.

I went with my family in Lagrange Vacances Le Domaine des Grands Pins at at the end of July. Reception was closed , We tried to call and we did not get any answer . We event sent messages and emails and once again not even feedback, We tried to use pin codes of the gate which were not working Considering there were 35 or more degrees we decided to go somewhere and try again in the afternoon. We had then the bad experience that when back from a bar near sea side we found that several pieces of our luggages had been stolen from our car including personal documents . We had then no other choice that to go back home . Well obviously we cannot pretend to keep you responsible for the damages we have at our car and the problem we had so that we had to come back with our 5 years old daughter even if we have to say that there was not any service from your end. Instead we are asking you to reimburse the money we had to pay as per conditions, considering that we did not even manage to enter . I sent you all the evidences that support the legitimacy of my reimbursement request.
