Hotel Ermitage

In the room. No wifi, no television, no phone to contact the reception. Only one power strip next to the bathroom mirror. No double glazing on the windows, which are old wooden frames. Hot water problem in the shower. Lack of paint in several areas. There is a parking lot; the valet moved my car, and I realized through the app that it was no longer locked. Breakfast was barely acceptable. And all of this is expensive for what it is. Initially, we reported all of this to the reception, and apparently, we are not the only ones complaining.

The stay was characterized by outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, cheerful, and clearly eager to assist, making us feel truly welcome. This exceptional level of care perfectly matched the hotel’s cozy atmosphere, quiet room, and warm lobby ambiance. The room itself was very comfortable and spotless, making it easy to relax after long days out. The front desk team deserves a special thank you for their outstanding hospitality and dedication. They were friendly, supportive, and their personal touch made our visit truly enjoyable. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Saint-Tropez.

Unacceptable. Sale. Holes, spots, noisy air conditioning, 800€ per night for a hovel. I asked for a solution: nothing will be proposed. I took pictures of the pseudo suite... but also of the common areas. It is a shame. We have never seen a hotel in such a state with these rates and no excuses. We put answers “yes we know the state of the rooms”
