Hotel Richiardi

Very nice little hotel with the charm of old times. The parking spaces in front of the house have unfortunately fallen victim to the renovation of the promenade, but there are alternatives in the port!

We spent three nights in this hotel which accuses its age and its too long use without investment of comfort for its guests. We had chosen a sea view room, this is a serious mistake because the noise is endless between the delivery trucks, the cleaning of the square and the discussions of the bar located just below, do not expect to sleep beyond 7:00. The bedding is out of age (simple foam mattress). If you can’t stand the purr of the Air Conditioning pity because it is the only way to heat and the bathroom is cold. A simple shower causes strong condensation on the walls. The toilet bowl is marked by black deposits... A dirty shower curtain on the tub the peripheral silicone seals have lost their whiteness. The carpet is worn with rope. Really unfortunate considering the location.

I find some comments really borderline... Frankly for the location and the price there are people living in the world of Bisounours ... I just returned from this hotel and quite frankly for the price go there with your eyes closed. So yes the hotel is not brand new yes it dates a little and the rooms deserve a little freshness but for the location and the view if the hotel is renovated you will go from 80 euros at night to 200 euros at night so stop the princess mode 2 minutes .. and as for breakfast like you are really fake bourgeois calm down 2 minutes... certainly there are no scrambled egg beans and company huh... but you have coffee maker, tea , fresh bread , croissants, fresh chocolate breads, and not frozen, jams, honey, butters, yogurts, compotes, that is not enough for you? bah go to sleep in palaces at 400 euros at night and stop asking for nirvana for one night at less than 100 euros in a quiet place and superb view of the port and the sea... yes the rooms are old but it is clean so I suit me perfectly.
