Apartment rented via direct booking. No air conditioning even though it's over 30 degrees.... Apartment that hadn't been rented the previous week... It is not prepared! 28 degrees in the rooms! suffocating... it would have been enough to air it out for 2 hours in the cool of the morning! Mediocre cleanliness. ! sticky living room table. very disappointed. But on the other hand, a magnificent view of the pool and beyond to the sea and the harbor. Excellent geographical location, a 6-minute walk from the harbor and the restaurants.

I spent 2 weeks in this residence from August 15 to August 29, 2026. Right from our arrival, we saw people who were in the unit below the one assigned to us who didn't look like vacationers, and in the evening, a hell of a racket until 2 a.m. with music blasting. Since the units are not soundproofed, we had front-row seats. The next day, we went to the front desk to complain about the noise, and there we were told that they were indeed foreign workers, but that they work during the day during the week and that it should therefore be quieter. We threatened to file a complaint for disturbing the peace, and we were told that the residence was full and that they could not assign us another unit. 2nd night, same music until 2 a.m. and people getting drunk all evening. On Sunday afternoon, we started the dishwasher and discovered that it was leaking heavily; there was water everywhere in the main room, and it reached all the way to the back bedroom. We called for assistance, no answer, we left a message, and then we didn't see anyone come. The three of us scraped the floor with a scrub brush and a small mop. At 4:00 PM, we went to the front desk to report the incident, and 15 minutes later, a technician showed up to take a look and told us the dishwasher would be repaired. In the meantime, it was "figure it out yourself." The next day, they called us to tell us we could move to another unit in the same building, at the other end. So, we were forced to move everything all over again. In the second apartment, the terrace is larger but it is uncovered, so when it is very sunny, we cannot sit out there because it is too hot and there is no umbrella. What an idea to build uncovered terraces in a region where it is so hot. In the main room where there is a sofa bed, there are no shutters, just a supposedly blackout curtain that doesn't block anything at all, and given the heat, it is very hot inside. The bathroom is very small, the bathtub is difficult to access, and as a result, it's a waste of space because you cannot sit in it; it is a Kinedo bathtub (for elderly people), but it is narrowed at the seat, so you cannot sit in it, and you cannot shower well standing up either because the hose is too short, so you have to crouch to shower. Given the heat we experienced, the shower should have been a pleasant moment, but it wasn't, and besides, you cannot dry off in the bathroom because it is way too small; you have to either open the door or dry off a little and finish in the bedroom—very convenient. I don't know how elderly people even manage to get into the bathtub in the first place. The bathroom and the toilet are like ovens with no ventilation to the outside; you come out of there sweating. The pool is not bad, but there are no umbrellas there either. Despite the change of accommodation, we still had noise disturbances. Furthermore, this residence is very noisy starting at 8:00 AM; parents with children let them "scream" outside all day, and since there is no soundproofing, we hear everything from outside. A piece of advice: if you want to get some rest, do not go to this residence. In the second unit, we had another problem with the dishwasher; the start button got pushed in, making it impossible to turn it on. We found a trick: you have to press it with a pen. The second unit did not have air conditioning, and we suffered from the stifling heat. And then, at the time of the move-out inspection, a young woman arrived and told us the unit was not clean because there were 3 specks of dust on the floor, even though we had just cleaned. She then threatened to make us pay for the cleaning: €65 if we didn't sweep the apartment again. We swept again so as not to have to pay the €65, but it is the first time this has happened to us anywhere that we are threatened with being made to pay for cleaning. There, we found that it was the limit, knowing that during our change of accommodation, the cleaning lady took fifteen minutes to clean between the 2 accommodations and I found that it had not been done very well, it was done quickly. Conclusion, I strongly advise against this residence which is not at all at a 4-star level. Besides, apart from the accommodation, there is no other service or entertainment. At the reception, they don't care about the customers; the moment you have paid, they don't take care of anything anymore and above all you must not ask them for anything (we saw it with the dishwasher leak, they should have come with a big vacuum cleaner, it would have been faster). When we went to pay the tourist tax, we were not asked if the problems had been solved. I find that for 4 stars, it is not at all up to standard; I am posting photos of the rusty metal poles on the terrace (we didn't understand the utility since the terrace is not covered), the rusty shutters, and then the cleanliness of the mattresses (they are covered by a gray plastic cover that I removed to see the extent of the damage), the mattresses are very stained and the pillows as well, and all this is not at a 4-star level. It is certain that it costs less to buy plastic covers for the mattresses and pillows than to change the mattresses and pillows, but when you see that the week costs around €1700 in August, there is a real problem here. Personally, I went through a works council, so I paid half price, but even for half the normal price, it is not worth 4 stars at all. Besides, I don't understand how such a residence can be rated 4 stars? It must not be inspected often. For us, it was the 1st time we came to this residence and it is definitely the last time.
