Avignon Hotel Monclar

WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. RUN AWAY!! We were unable to go to the hotel due to last minute TGV cancellations. We booked in the afternoon the same day, so no cancellations possible or option to take out on Booking to guard against a potential incident due to transport... Frédéric offered to call him back the next day at 11:30 of the cancellation to try to find a solution. So far everything is fine, great, except he didn’t inform me by phone that I had to cancel on Booking. He could have exceptionally cancelled the booking free of charge or temporarily changed it to improve and secure the situation. The next day no answer at 11:30, he did not call me back all day. I send a WhatsApp and I finally get a late return telling me that it can not help me. Conclusion: Change jobs, close your establishment while there is still time and a little value before liquidation caused by your lack of commercial acumen and service! Available for any evidence attesting to the legitimacy of my speech

Reservation of a two-room annex. At the reception, a young Asian girl: “Do you speak English?” “No, we are French in France” and then erroneous indications regarding the obtaining of wifi, hence an hour and 2 round trips necessary to obtain the name of the Bbox and the corresponding correct password. In the apartment: neither remote control worked and reception random. No rag in the kitchen. The toilet seat broken. The microwave on a sloping plane, difficult to heat a plate of soup...a chair with back feet going forward. And all in the manner. Good breakfast except that the peach juice was sour, suri, because the juice is added in the decanters on the rest of the old...
