Payment at the property, as indicated in the booking, was requested at check-in. The room we were assigned did not correspond to the description on Booking.com: the carpet was smelly and consequently the room was too, there was no closet, only shelves, the minibar was missing and the air conditioner did not cool the air; the bathroom (very small) had several critical issues: the sink was detached from the wall and tilted forward so much that water barely went down the drain, the toilet tank float worked poorly, causing water to run continuously and noisily into the toilet; finally, it was impossible to open the windows because climbing plants had grown in front of them. After reporting the bathroom breakdown, we were offered a room change, but at the moment we accepted, they told us it was no longer available. The breakfast was decent, but could be improved. Good location, as it is a stone's throw from the center. Average welcome. In my opinion, the hotel has one star too many, perhaps even two.

Review regarding only the restaurant. Cheese plates, charcuterie platters, salad plates, tapenade plates were advertised, all for 10 euros. We arrived as a group of 8 and chose a selection. Result: after 20 minutes, a cheese plate without bread, low-end coppa, and the highlight, the tapenade plate: a jar of supermarket tapenade served as is, closed, placed on a plate, without bread... A dazed server...

We stayed in this hotel for one night (thankfully). We were only assigned the room at 8:00 PM after various discussions because it was not ready. The breakfast was poor and there were not enough tables, so we had to wait. Low-quality hotel without an elevator; we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor via a spiral staircase. Terrible experience!!!!
