Les Mazets des Roches

It is shameful to charge over 100€ a night with rooms like these! It smells like dampness in the room hallways and in some rooms as well. There is unacceptable dilapidation in the rooms: broken and sharp shower system, moldy walls, dust, bugs crushed on the walls and ceiling, shower seals completely moldy And on top of that, an adjoining door to the next room that opens right onto the shower where you can see our neighbors washing themselves And you cannot arrive after 10 p.m. because the front desk no longer gives out keys, so if you are arriving from far away, you need to plan for that

Shh, this address must be kept confidential … I have been coming to this hotel for several years for its calm, its charm, and its large and beautiful pool. Furthermore, the location is ideal for discovering the Alpilles … This year I note a real improvement regarding the quality of service (attentive and friendly) with a special mention for Emilie who was adorable and very professional. See you next year!

We had a room at the back, a terrible room with a musty smell, the bed was broken, except for the receptionist and the housekeeper at our arrival, the reception was to flee.
