Residence Les Cordeliers

Unable to come to the hotel on July 11 due to a health issue that occurred shortly before the scheduled date, we immediately notified the Management by email of our cancellation, followed on July 20 by an email and a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Director, who did not have the basic courtesy to respond to either the email or the letter. Not a single word, nothing. And you have the audacity (or he has it himself) to ask us if we are satisfied with a stay... that we paid for in full... and which we did not enjoy for a single minute. Shame on this general indifference from everyone since the beginning of July. Mr. and Mrs. Alain Gourmel

A remark to add to our overall satisfaction: it is a shame that ALL services are paid, luggage storage, bike room, etc... given the price of the stay, it seems to me that this could be part of the offer. Furthermore, it was possible a few years ago to benefit from a discount on the price when booking at the beginning of the year, it is a shame that this commercial gesture has disappeared.
