Residence Le Clos Savornin

We are returning very disappointed with our stay. Upon our arrival, no welcome, no tour of the villa, no explanation. We were left to fend for ourselves. The villa was clearly not clean. The refrigerator was in an unacceptable state and we found spiderwebs with spiders still present, clear proof that the cleaning had not been done correctly. After more than 800 km of driving, this is unacceptable. The biggest drawback remains the pool. The lawn was completely dry and full of dirt. Every time we got out of the pool, our feet were covered in mud and dry grass, which we then brought back into the water. Result: the pool water got dirty quickly. For an establishment of this level, this is unacceptable. The villas would also deserve a real renovation. The paint is faded and the whole place gives an impression of lack of maintenance. Finally, the departure was just like our arrival: nonchalant staff, not very involved and not at all concerned about customer satisfaction. The setting is magnificent, but it is not enough to compensate for the lack of maintenance, the lack of cleanliness, and the total absence of a sense of hospitality. Given the price paid, we do not recommend this establishment.

We booked a week at Clos Savornin in Luberon from 14/06/25 to 21/06/25 a villa 8 people with private pool We spent a pleasant week but wasted by the outside especially the contour of the pool When we came out of the pool, our feet were filled with leaves. and mud and you had to be the balancer so as not to break the If we wanted to put on our sandals Because there is no junction between the pool and the terrace, i.e. tiles or pebbles Risk of injury with concrete edges of pool foundations ( cut to one of my toes) Moreover all sunbathing is dirty and aging , this gives a pitiful aspect and frankly demoralized us We paid 1100 € for a week and drove 900 km, it's totally unacceptable such a lack of respect for customers Even more disrespectful, no response from Lagrange of our complaint

Disappointing. The Villa itself is well equipped and nice but we were disappointed when we saw the pool closed mid October. According to the website Lagrange vacances, "swimming pool open from mid-April to mid-October ACCORDING TO WEATHER" it was 24°. Despite our requests to the reception and Lagrange, it was impossible for them to open us what covers the pool (a simple turn of key) , even if we did not mind that it was not heated. We were therefore not able to take advantage of all the services advertised despite the good weather.
