I regularly went to this place when it was rented by my AGOSPAP vacation committee, three times cheaper, even four... and very clean. From the private management at the other end of town, I went twice and was extremely disappointed. Not maintained, Award multiplied by..., everything pays more... in short the current world...FRIC, FRIC, FRIC. It is over for me St Jean de Monts, I leave to the young the disappointments of this venal world.

This small development is built around a lake and is just 300 m from the beach. It is a 20 minute walk into the centre of the town where there are loads of bars and restaurants. The old town is a 30 minute walk and has a market 2 days per week. The accommodation we had is very well fitted and maintained and also has a great walled garden area to the rear. We have stayed in 6 other of these accommodations over the years and some are better than others. Car parking is assigned for each villa so there is never a problem with parking. Great value for money and weather is usually great as well.
