We moved into this hotel today and had to go down to the reception three times to change rooms because the air conditioning did not work in any of them. Moreover, the safes did not work either: it was impossible to close them.
Then, when the room issue was finally resolved (on the third attempt!), I went down with the children to the game room, but the token machine was out of order. We had to go back to ask at the reception, where only one person was working while there were people in front of us. It was only after 20 minutes of waiting that we finally managed to get the tokens to play.
We have just arrived, and the overall impression of this hotel is already disastrous. We reserved a table at the hotel restaurant for tonight; we will see what the kitchen has in store for us. For now, this establishment really leaves much to be desired…
