Two nights spent at the Novotel Futuroscope (a 4-star hotel), in two connecting superior rooms well located a stone's throw from the park. Upon our arrival in one of the rooms: a child's undergarment on the floor, forgotten by the previous occupants, a disconnected and dusty TV cable, air conditioning that could use being stronger and better adjustable, and a locked safe...a power outage also occurred the next day. Once these problems were reported, the team reacted quickly: the reception staff was efficient and a technician intervened without delay. But in an establishment of this category, it is not up to the guest to take inventory of the malfunctions in their room upon arrival; these checks should be done beforehand, before each arrival. A positive point nonetheless: the hotel pool, pleasant for relaxing after a day at the park in the heat, and a really very good breakfast. I will not recommend this establishment: while the team's responsiveness once alerted is truly commendable, it is not enough to compensate for having had to point out such basic shortcomings in a 4-star hotel, and even less so at the price charged; the value for money is clearly not there.

Large parking lot, great welcome, large pool, large room. It is good for families but you will sleep in the same room. The breakfast is very welcoming, complete, and free for children. There is an arcade room equipped with 2 pinball machines, various arcade cabinets, and I will let you discover the rest. Overall it was very good but there were too many people in that darn pool...

I received a warm welcome, very professional and always available during my 3 days, particularly from the receptionist BRICE. The breakfast is very well stocked and the staff very efficient. The room is up to the standard of a NOVOTEL. However, I had chosen this hotel for the pool and I did not go in it. I did see a person running the cleaning robot in the morning, but the waterline was green and very noticeable, which disgusted me so much that I didn't even put a toe in! Only downside! Hotel well located for walking to the park.
