Following my previous comment, I would like to return to inform you that after numerous emails, I have successfully had my reservation canceled! I thank them for that.

Very, very bad first experience. For a 50th wedding anniversary gift, I booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Up to that point, no issues. Then, just after paying, I realized I made a mistake with the date; I put the 24th instead of the 25th. I immediately requested a correction, and they refused to listen, even though I went back to the site and there were still availabilities for that date. I don't see why changing the 4th to the 5th is such a big deal; it's really just a lack of willingness and, above all, dishonesty and unprofessionalism! In the end, I find myself with a double booking but not in the same city!
