HOTEL CERISE MAISONS LAFFITTE

I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service during my stay. On multiple occasions, we asked the hotel attendant/manager for assistance, and each time our requests were met with a dismissive attitude rather than a willingness to help. One particularly frustrating experience occurred when our group asked if we could use an available common area to sit together. Although there was clearly adequate space, we were told we had to sit outside instead, with no reasonable explanation or attempt to accommodate us. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic customer service made us feel like our presence was an inconvenience rather than valued guests. I hope management addresses these issues and provides additional customer service training so future guests are treated with the respect and consideration they deserve. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again or recommend this hotel to others. Customer service can make or break a stay, and unfortunately, it fell well below expectations.

I arrived for my nephew's wedding; I had reserved a room. for 1 PERSON AND 2 NIGHTS; I did not know that my nephew had already reserved my room. AT THE RECEPTION, I was told that there was no problem and that I would be refunded. Thank you. Mercier Gerard STAY FROM JUNE 19 to 20

Very noisy, it does not allow for rest after a heavy day of work. This hotel does not meet the expectations of someone coming to Maisons Lafitte for work. They do not respect the flexibility that a salesperson's schedule can have, for example. There is nothing left to eat at the breakfast buffet by 7:30 AM.
