Best Western Plus Maurepas St-Quentin

We came to the restaurant; we do not know the rooms. The service needs to be completely reviewed; I have experienced other Mercure hotels with more satisfaction.

On the evening of June 4, 2026. Good hotel and great restaurant! The receptionist is very friendly and understanding. Choose what is homemade at the restaurant; this is the third time I have been there! I had a good gazpacho, with a tuna tatami, and for dessert, four cream puffs with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce! It was magical; thank you to the chef and his team!!! As indicated by my title, this hotel is not up to par; we took a suite with two children. The shower was unusable because the thermostatic faucet was set to maximum hot water; we could not turn the knob. Fortunately, there was a bathtub to take a shower. In the hallway, a broken window was patched with pieces of tarp, which is still not great for a Mercure. Otherwise, the staff was very kind.
