The quality of the mattresses really needs to be reviewed. No alternative to the winter duvet. On the other hand, the cleanliness level was very good.

We stayed at this hotel, to escape the heatwave in Paris and I absolutely loved my three-night stay at this hotel. Although it's officially a four-star hotel, it honestly felt like a five-star experience from start to finish. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. Highlights of my stay: ⭐ Exceptional staff: Every member of the team was genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their warmth made my stay even more enjoyable. 🚗 Excellent parking: The underground parking was very convenient, and having an elevator directly into the hotel made everything so easy. 🍝 Great dining nearby: There are several restaurants within walking distance. My favourite was PASTAIA, an excellent Italian restaurant. 🛏️ Incredibly comfortable bed: I honestly felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I had some of the best sleep I've had in a hotel. 🤫 Perfectly quiet rooms: Even though the hotel is next to the highway, my room was completely silent. I was amazed by how peaceful it was. 🐶 Dog-friendly: One of the biggest reasons I loved staying here was that I could bring my little dog with me. That made the trip even more special. 💪 Lovely gym: I spent a little time in the fitness room, and it was excellent. It has a high ceiling, modern equipment, and when I was there I had it all to myself. 🥐 Delicious breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, and I really appreciated that they offered soy milk. 🌱 Vegan-friendly restaurant: The hotel restaurant served two vegan dishes, which I was very happy to see. Overall, I loved everything about this hotel. The combination of outstanding service, comfort, thoughtful amenities, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere made it one of the best hotel stays I've had. It truly felt like a five-star experience, and I look forward to staying here again. 💵 Value : An excellent price for a hotel of this quality. We checked other hotels (not as nice but more expensive!) in Paris and the area so I feel we got a great deal.

We booked this hotel during a heatwave solely because the rooms were advertised as air-conditioned. In reality, the air conditioning is nonexistent: it is impossible to adjust the temperature, the buttons meant to increase or decrease it just spin without effect. We literally suffered from the heat throughout our stay. We were forced to leave the room door open to benefit from the cool air from the hallway. Selling "air-conditioned" rooms under these conditions is extremely dishonest. The most outrageous part is that management seems to justify this situation in the name of ecology. Cutting costs on customer comfort while charging for 4-star services is not ecological; it is simply unacceptable. During a heatwave, not allowing customers to have functional air conditioning is an absolute disgrace. Having a condition that does not allow me to tolerate heat like a "normal" person, please know that in case of discomfort, I could have filed a complaint against you. Even the minibar is off upon arrival. One must go ask at the reception for it to be turned on, then wait several hours before it finally cools down. Once again, there is no anticipation even though the reservations are known in advance and the temperatures are exceptional. The catering service is reflective of the rest: slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. We had to request bread and water; the server left without even listening to the request, turning his head, and returned a quarter of an hour later. This is simply not the level of service expected in an establishment of this category. As for the music in the bathroom, we are still wondering if it actually works...? What is this gadget? What is its purpose and how do you use it? A mystery we will never know! We paid nearly €400 in total for two nights during which we mostly suffered from the heat. The most incredible thing is that this air conditioning problem has been mentioned in many reviews for a long time, without any improvement or clear response on the subject being provided. At this point, I sincerely believe that an inspection by the organization responsible for star ratings would be necessary. A hotel that does not guarantee functional air conditioning in summer, nor properly controlled heating according to the season, should not be able to display a 4-star rating. I have stayed in many 3-star hotels that offer a level of comfort, equipment, and service that is far superior. If you are considering booking in summer, read the other reviews before doing so. We should have listened to them. (Note: the young man at the reception with a ponytail is adorable; he goes above and beyond and has a genuine desire to do well. I hope the management will appreciate his efforts as he was the only positive note of our stay.)
