Catastrophic soundproofing from the room to the hallway. Smell of stale tobacco in room 29. Air conditioning ok. Breakfast… good, but: dirty and unreset tables, coffee machine that spits, no more cutlery, dirty and sticky floor. It can happen, but we stayed 3 nights!!! So it was like that without anyone thinking "I'm going to put this in order". In short, we will not go back.

The establishment has real assets: clean rooms, comfortable bedding, a pleasant pool and spa, and professional and welcoming hotel staff. Solid foundations, which make the subsequent experience all the more disappointing. The absence of real shutters compromises the quality of sleep, a shortcoming that is difficult to accept for a hotel. The pool, limited to two hours of access per night and lacking real sun loungers, struggles to meet its promises despite a pleasant pool layout. As for the restaurant, the menu is classic for the displayed prices, which could have been tolerated if the service had matched. After 1 hour and 30 minutes without any staff member, including the manager, approaching to take our order, we left without consuming anything. Other customers in the same space, however, received very different attention. This disparity in treatment aligns with previously published reviews reporting discriminatory behavior towards same-sex couples. Unfortunately, our experience does not allow us to refute them.

I went there during an extremely hot day (40C). The staff were professional and helpful. The lounge and restaurant were not air conditioned and it was not pleasant there. However, the room was well air conditioned, clean and comfortable. The bathroom / toilet was reasonably sized with all amenities. Unfortunately, the walls were thin so I could hear my neighbours. The breakfast was not included and it was a bit expensive for what one got.
