Rooms in very bad shape, there were dirty pieces of bread above the bed. No cleaning, we stayed 4 days and did not come to clean ANY day, we had no toilet paper. The showers were in very bad condition, dirty, no gel to shower and very sticky floor. We barely had any towels, and they were dirty. The kitchen is very small and you can hardly cook, very dirty dishes, dirty glasses, shortage of cutlery and the pans were in bad condition. The first night we heard strange noises in a room at 3 a.m. that prevented us from resting, we went to the reception and nothing was solved. The walls were dirty, the fans were in bad shape and there were some mattresses full of blood. Besides having some dirty towel, they want to charge us a cleaning bonus, and in this place nobody came to clean ANYTHING! The breakfast considered buffet is very limited, and also at the time we had it other people put and left us an hour without breakfast. We do not recommend this property, in any case.

We rejected 3 rooms and we were compelled to accept room 118 due to the Paris Olympics no other accommodation was available. It completely ruined our once in a lifetime Olympic experience. We received a full refund as it was such a disgraceful hotel, I have attempted to contact the hotel operating company to no avail and no response , I have reported this hotel for misleading advertising and false information regarding the hotel facilities to the French Governments - Signal Conso Compliant ref. SIRET: 89879083700022 the hotel and its owners have refused to engage with the legal process I will continue to pursue this complaint for compensation as my booking was obtained fraudulently with images and information relating to the Hotel which were FALSE I strongly urge you Don’t Consider this hotel it is not fit for human use
