Astoria Hotel

Our stay was great. The hotel transfer service was smooth. Our driver(Giga) was good. He tried his best to converse with us even with the language barrier. He assisted us with our luggage. He was on time with the transfers. The reception was attentive to our needs. We had a smooth check in and check out. They made sure our needs were attended. Our room was spacious,clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the view outside our room was amazing. The bathroom was neat and we had fresh towels daily. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Food was good and it was organized, clean and not crowded. Overall we had a restful stay at Astoria Hotel Tbilisi.

Bad service isn't worth the money. Dining room staff disrespect and ridicule the guests. In short, we don't recommend it. Everything stinks in the rooms and the staff is treated.

The middle hotel of Astoria. A luxurious hotel that is not worth spending time and money on, luxurious and sleepy rooms, cold breakfasts, everything is not heated at breakfast and only coffee is fine. We don't clean rooms, we don't change sheets, just towels, away from any restaurant.
