After reading several reviews I was rather worried about going to this hotel, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Our room was very spacious, modern and spotless. The accommodation was in various buildings surrounded by gardens and there were lots of amenities, such as the spa, gym, library and a very large room where breakfast was served, which contained seating, a bar and reception. I was with a coach party and we had a separate dining area from other hotel guests. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

Pretty worn out. "Haus3" bathroom has probably been "renovated" sometime more recently (20 years ?) times . Shower cubicle cheapest plastic model. Shower entry approx. 35 cm high (!) Sinks also made of plastic and the storage area also. The hair dryer blows far too hot, but there is hardly any air passage, but this is compensated by the hellish noise the thing makes. Toothbrush cups nothing there, the "carpet floor" is almost already at the disgust border totally run down and dirty.
The balcony is about 2 x 4 m and houses a wooden seating group with 2 primitive wooden folding chairs and a small round wooden folding table, provided you can open the large sliding window door. With temperatures below 20C0 it is almost impossible to push the door open. Only when the sun has heated up the window/door element can it be pushed open with a decent effort, probably the grease of the guide rails is totally resinified and hardened. Speaking of windows, they're probably still from the 80s/90s. In any case, the booth heats up to an unrelaxed 26 degrees (!) within 2-3 hours despite the curtains being closed. Outside it was insignificantly warmer 29-30C0 (August 2025) The fact that there is no fan let alone a minibar should no longer be surprising. A bottle of mineral water 1 litre is put on the table for the absolutely cheeky price of 3.50€. That the bottle of red wine (No Name) next to it costs 0.5 liters then flop 12.50 € is only mentioned in passing. The mattresses are okay, all the furniture stuff might actually belong in a refugee shelter. All very old and cheapest making plastic and plastic. TV has at least a diagonal of 65 cm. I have to mention, in a compensatory way, the really very well functioning staff. But it gets dark again with the theme of WLAN, which costs 2.50€ a day, which I also feel is a rip-off, just like the bike box which offers space for 2-3 bikes, which costs an incredible 4€ a day ! So if it is fully occupied, it flushes another 12€ a day into the tills. I'm writing about House 3 Room 19. I don't know what the other rooms are like. The basic cleanliness is mentioned, which is OK in itself. Except for the sandy carpeting and the shower cubicle which soon falls apart and the rails of the cubicle which is populated by a kind of plaque.

We are disappointed. Very poorly informed on arrival. At dinner, half board no waiter came. After 20 minutes we had to go to the kitchen and ask if we were even sitting in the right room. Then from starter to main course, fish, seafood in salad or duck. Not everyone likes it. Free cake and coffee is available once in the afternoon during Booking Referral. Today this is only for one person though we have booked and paid as a married couple. Lots of extra costs. Parking and Wi-Fi are extra. The room is nice and clean. Just a pity that spa and pool are in different houses.
If you have a question, nobody knows, most employees speak bad German.
