Nice rooms ,good breakfast.But in this category hot water for showering should be standard!

A hotel located on the highway and on the railway. So much for -the unspoilt nature- as mentioned on the hotel description. We went there to be able to go for walks in nature, unfortunately, no path accessible because of the icy snow, even near the hotel we risked a break of femur, or even any other bone at risk. Spacious rooms, certainly, but a little spartan. Good bedding, modern and comfortable bathroom, however we would not spend more than a day. Canteen food for dinner, good breakfast, but nothing transcendent. No food at noon. We searched for the cellar bar, which no longer exists. Too bad. Courteous service, but that’s all. Too bad. We booked two nights, left after the first night. An experience, but not to repeat... Electric car charging is possible, has 30€ the charging...

Magical location in winter and because we liven Germany we were able to anticipate coming for the Christmas market opening. It snowed the day before we arrived and we didn’t expect the rooms/staff/food/experience to be as amazing as it was. Nice to be able to browse the stores as well, when Theroux groups are NOT here. Hiking, relaxing is in store for you here at a VERY dog and people friendly hotel. Electric charging station, good supper, great staff, and brilliant location.
