Very friendly staff it is always helped and it has very nice bright and spacious rooms, you can eat very well in the restaurant , has a good selection of food and drinks with a very good quality and you can sit comfortably for a long time on the terrace and end evening enjoying because it is in a very quiet location but is within a few minutes by the shopping and train station . I can only recommend it and would book it again at any time.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived late at night and was given a room that was already occupied — I literally opened the door to find someone else inside, just as shocked as I was. An unacceptable security and privacy issue. I was then moved to an outdated, dirty room in an older building (pieces of the wall were falling apart, there was not even a chair in the room…). At checkout, I’ve been told that the hotel was not able to issue an invoice due to all the confusion. Not an isolated incident it seems, my colleague faced the same issues. I raised a formal complaint, but received no reaction or response. Total disorganization, and lack of service— avoid this hotel at all costs.

A hotel which is also a refugee camp! WARNING! This is both a hotel and a refugee camp. The owner of the hotel refuses to see this as a problem. The parking garage is also a passageway for the refugees. Most balconies at the hotel is draped with the refugees laundry. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
