Hotel Altbacher Hof

One night stay for business, hotel in quiet area with inn for dinner 5 minutes walk. Few spaces in the parking lot. Normal room, quite clean. Breakfast average.

Hotel was easy to find, location good to leave car parked & walk about 10 minutes to the S-bahn & travel to Esslingen & other locations. Parking was very narrow & tight though free. Check-in was easy, friendly. Room was spacious & clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean with plenty of towels, hot water & on the wall shower gel/shampoo mix. Wifi didn't work & couldn't reach anyone to fix it (don't think they have 24 hr service). Room was stuffy so we opened the window, heard a lot of street noise & was awakened when someone's car alarm went off.Breakfast had a good variety & was tasty though they did run out of brotchen at one point (not too many customers I guess). Friendly girl at check-in, was able to tell us how to get to the S-bahn. Friendly guy at check-out, everything easy.

My stay in this hotel was great. It is not a luxury one but you can get all you need for short\business stay. Food was delicious, the room was clean and quite. The personel was kind and in good mood. It has a small parking on semi-basement you can park your car in. I recomend this hotel to everyone has 1 or 2 nights stay.
