The hotel was decent, the room and breakfast nice, however, a little expensive for the simplicity of the place and a man with an unwelcoming welcome, speaking very quickly in German, I asked him several times to repeat and it seemed annoying. Moreover, a faith the keys handed over, no information was given whether it was breakfast time, check out time or min welcome word or even a sleep. n

Ideal hotel for a weekend trip in Freiburg: located directly at the train station, opposite the city center. Super friendly staff from reception to breakfast buffet- have made us feel completely comfortable. Breakfast was with good selection and delicious bean coffee (div varieties depending on coffee). Regular price 21€. Superior room I would have imagined bigger but we had a bit of a view. Would choose the hotel again. Unfortunately there was no information about parking or possible cooperations in advance and the email communication did not work (via booking agency and also directly not). But then found something on the station area (18€/day).

Attention, if you cancel your reservation even 5 seconds later, provided that they retain 90% of the payment, they do not return even the remaining 10%! And if you have any problem (like the one I had) no one answers you (either by email or on the phone).
