Krahenbad Hotel

The breakfast was less than minimal and at 8AM part of the food was already finished and not refilled. When we arrived the remote control of the TV was missing, the TV, air drier etc were all unplugged. The staff asked to pay the dinner (31 €) but had no change for 50 €, I had to wait 10 minutes then they were not able to calculate the change correctly, I had to do it and explain them. But the worst thing happened the last day: we came back in the evening and found the door of our room open, some keys left hanging and the light switched on, most likely for the whole day. Luckily nothing was stolen, but anyone may have taken all our stuff easily. Never again, this hotel is classified 3 stars but is not even worth two.

This place is quiet and beautiful. Very nice people! No lift so you have to carry your luggage up if your room was upstairs! We were paying 130 euro for 3 single rooms with breakfast included. I was walking around behind the hotel, a round and small hill upwards 20mins! i would recommend this place.

We called before that we were going to have a late check in, and that was no problem at all. The breakfast was great too. View from our balcony was refreshing and very nice. Nice place in the Black Forest.
