Experience not entirely positive. Rooms reachable only without an elevator and the same goes for the luggage. No air conditioning, only a very small fan. Windows without screens, with insects entering the room. Location very far from the center and not connected. The funicular stops running before 8 in the evening. Stunning view, good breakfast.

The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and disrespectful.

Restaurant unfortunately a disaster: the food is lackluster and tasteless, probably reheated frozen food. Service bad, staff unmotivated. Only the location saves the venue when the weather is good and the terrace is open…otherwise a complete failure. How can something like this even stay in business? Unbelievable: you get warm water and only upon request do you receive water from the refrigerator. Guys, wake up…Do something with the potential of the location. This won't work out. Still very disappointing; after we had already canceled a celebration there in 2005 in time due to the same problems, the organizers are unfortunately currently suffering massively.
