Achat Hotel Karlsruhe

Pros · This three star hotel booked for transit to the Netherlands. We arrived a little later in the evening but were warmly received. Free parking in front of the entrance if space, otherwise €15,- for parking garage, 24 hours. We got it for free because we were a bit late, good Service. The first impression was a renewed, clean hotel. The room exceeded our expectations. Super clean, new, modern sleek decor, delicious box springs and many facilities that you don't even always see at an average 4-star hotel. Even a microwave, induction hob and cutlery! The breakfast was also delicious and enough of everything, at 09:30. Furthermore located in a quiet area. Cons · When you open the window, you hear a lot of street noises, but there is good air conditioning. I found the height of the bottom of the window frame a bit on the low side. I'm reporting this because I've had a bad experience with someone who can fall over it by a certain length. Again a child of 1 year registered by booking .com, while I have chosen a child of 14 years. Fortunately, this time there were no consequences.

The Plaza Innis very modern and amazingly clean, great WiFi and a fantastic breakfast, gym is okay for a hotel gym, there is ample parking and local amenities. The team here are great The star for me was Yasmine on reception, on arrival she greeted me with a smile which has never faded and when I had an issue with the electric in my room changed the room no hassle no fuss, Jasmine amazing thank you I am here on business and already rebooked when I return in 3 weeks

Easy access, parking in front of the hotel, comfortable rooms, good mattress and pillow, little attention when you come with your pet, a cushion, 2 poop bags, a treat and two cups. Full breakfast. Bottle of water in the room. Very friendly staff and good advice for restaurants nearby. A small preference for Italy Italy.
