Ibis Karlsruhe City

Nice staff, efficient and pleasant. Room was comfortable. Air conditioning was satisfactory, could be better. Location is great, just 2 minutes from the train station and eateries.

Room was larger than the average Ibis, with high ceiling and excellent sound insulation. Above all the air conditioning worked! Calm atmosphere in the bar. The car park appeared to have only a few spaces designated for the hotel, not a problem for us as ours was the only car remaining there in the morning. Along with the hefty tourist tax the 15 euro for parking bumps up the hotel bill.

Room very clean, quiet, TV, hairdryer, shower gel, hair gel all available. Bed cuddly and mattress of an impeccable quality - not too hard and not too soft. Breakfast buffet was also rich. Everything is fine! Staff very friendly, very good Service!
