Hotel is very central and easily accessible, the room was also clean. Unfortunately, there was no elevator in the building and not barrier-free. It was also very warm in the room and rather clairvoyant. You could hear all the people who were in the street as well as in the hallway. At the time of booking the hotel had offered breakfast unfortunately they could not offer one when we arrived.

++ The hotel is very central, city and lake within walking distance. Friendly staff. Pub in the house. Refrigerator in the room. Bathroom renovated, but few storage facilities. -- Room totally overheated, fan hardly brings relief. Poorly slept because of too soft mattresses (sagged), because of the heat in the room and the noise outside on the street. Breakfast buffet is kept simple.

We came for just one night to this traditional German hotel in the heart of Konstanz. The location is ideal to visit the city by foot and to walk around with many restaurants, bars and pubs nearby. Despite the hotel is directly connected to an Irish bar the two rooms we used had great isolation and we have not heard anything. All service personnel was very very helpful and extremely friendly - what a great charming host. The breakfast buffet offers all sorts of variations and everything tasted great.
