The stairwell is run-down we had several (old) spider webs with spiders in the bathroom The spa area was extremely disappointing and cold. We had a dog with us but 0 extras for him.

Great hotel, with a quiet atmosphere, very friendly, personal service, and outstanding gourmet cuisine.

A wonderful stay with special charm We had a wonderful short stay at the Europäischer Hof Heidelberg and felt very comfortable from the very first moment. The establishment combines the charm of a traditional grand hotel with a warm, personal atmosphere in a special way. We would particularly like to highlight the extraordinary friendliness and attentiveness of the entire team. You can feel that genuine hospitality is lived here – warm, attentive, and at the same time pleasantly unobtrusive. We also really liked the atmosphere of the establishment: stylish, elegant, and with a very unique personality. Our stay was much too short to enjoy everything that the Europäischer Hof has to offer, and that is exactly why we will very gladly return. Thank you very much for this beautiful time-out in Heidelberg!
