The worst bed and pillow I have ever had in an Accor hotel, resulting in a virtually sleepless night. Only 1 floppy pillow with virtually no filling left in it. And if 1 person turns around in the bed, then the 2nd person hops along with you... Faded glory there because it was different once... I'll never come here again.

We always sleep on this by traveling to our holiday in Austria. We are always satisfied, nice shopping center nearby and good food in the restaurant. Nice pool for the kids and good hot sauna. The rooms are nice. It's hot in the hotel though. Parking should be free for guests costs 14,- Euro.

A completely positive hotel experience. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and the hygiene is top! The whole staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! For us, the Mercure Hotel has been the first address in Sindelfingen for years! Thank you so much!
