Flair Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten

Unfortunately, our stay from October 2 to October 4, 2026, was a disappointment. Already upon arrival, there was the first problem: Our room was located in another building, and the wrong floor was indicated on the note. We therefore had to search for it first with our luggage. The smoke detector in the room was beeping. We informed the owner about it and brought him the smoke detector at his request. He took it with him to take care of it. However, it was not reinstalled by the time we checked out, so we were without a smoke detector in the room during our entire stay. The cleanliness and condition of the room and the bathroom also disappointed us. A light in the bathroom did not work, and there were limescale deposits and dust on the towel radiator. The furniture was partially heavily scratched. Furthermore, the bed squeaked with every movement. The guesthouse is located directly at an intersection of two heavily traveled roads. Because of this, it was also quite loud at night, and unfortunately, restful sleep was hardly possible. In addition, we were charged 5 euros in cash for the printing of our AlbCard. We did not receive a receipt or voucher for this. However, we were most disappointed by the situation at check-out. I wanted to address the shortcomings and also showed photos to support this. Even before I could properly explain my complaint, I was threatened with the police. I did not insult or threaten anyone, but was simply annoyed because of the many shortcomings and stated that clearly. We have never experienced anything like this during a hotel stay before. For this price, we really expected more. Based on our experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

It was very nice. It is enough for everything you need. Very nice hospitality and hosts. Unfortunately, the bed shifted a lot, but it was not a big deal. Can only recommend it.

The hotel is delightful, the cuisine in the evening and morning is extremely good, and above all, all the staff members are extremely attentive and courteous to the guests! We look forward to coming back!
