Ibis Styles

The hotel is very nicely furnished and, as always, very clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very appealing! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The hotel chain is highly recommended, no matter where you stay.

Had booked 5 nights in the hotel. During this period, no garbage cans were emptied, dirty service removed, or new toilet rolls put in place. Ok, we didn't get towels changed. There would be cleaning on Day 4, but it didn't happen. And rude service when we made attention to it. Positive though is their breakfast buffet and rooms.

I booked 3 rooms from May 15 to May 17, 2026, and 5 rooms from May 16 to May 17, 2026. Overall, everything was good, but of course there were also wishes and concerns on-site. Ms. Ioana Raptis and Bojan were very dedicated to taking care of all our guests and resolving errors made by the central reservation office. I thank both of them from the bottom of my heart.
