Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Despite the central location, during my stay (period: February/2026) significant shortcomings that have made the stay very uncomfortable: • Cleanliness: The room was not thoroughly cleaned on arrival. There was dust under the bed for several weeks and hair from the predecessors was still in the bed. • Condition of rooms: The decor is very old. Not a 4 stere hotel justice! • Service: The reception staff seemed rather annoyed on arrival and not adequately trained. For questions about the accommodation, no qualified response came back, so you felt left alone. Also on my wife's birthday on my bill was charged 20 € for a Romantic room decoration, which I absolutely never ordered. • Breakfast: For a price of over 400 euros (3 ÜF) the selection was very poor. Baking rolls and little fresh produce do not meet the standard of a hotel in this category. Breakfast room distributed over several rooms. You even had to go with the plate through the entrance area, an absolute no-go!! Conclusion: I expected much more from the photos. For this price, there are definitely better options in the area. We're definitely not coming anymore!

During our stay on 28.12.2025 we were assigned a room that was not heated. After several complaints, the heating did not work and another room was not available. In addition, there was no Wi-Fi in the house Ravenna, only in February 2026 the problem should be fixed. There was no promised New Year's Eve with dance music. The New Year's Eve menu was very good, but ended at 10 p.m. In no time, the restaurant was empty. What particularly bothered us were the many dogs that were always with us during the meal. There was a lot of barking. In our opinion it is a hotel for dog owners.

The hotel is superbly located, ideal for visiting the Christmas market, and the parking right outside the door is very convenient. It was also tempting that a member of the hotel staff told us by telephone that the tickets were included in the price. Breakfast was varied and good. The breakfast was very restless as you had to constantly commute between restaurant, hallway and reception. Wi-Fi did not work at all – the standard slogan of the employees was only “is known”. Especially annoying: The free tickets promised by phone were charged at check-out (10 € per ticket). Thus, an overnight stay with breakfast and Christmas market visit cost a total of 192 €, which we find very excessive. The hotel did not respond to our message. Overall unfortunately not recommended.
