We slept at the Hotel Zur Traube to visit the nearby Titisee and the Triberg area. It is surrounded by a green area, with parking in front. Rooms are clean, stylish and spacious. The bathroom a bit dated. There is no lift. The breakfast is purely German, we have a little blamed the absence of something sweet. We also had dinner one evening, hearty dishes typical of the place, but the wait of almost an hour was a bit long. The staff is very friendly. They also sell the honey they produce. For a few relaxing days and to visit the surrounding area I would say it is a good solution.

The rooms let a little 'go .. little cleaning , in the bathroom lacked the bathroom shower, little availability by the owners especially during meals in the change of menu in case of intolerances or personal tastes. For the rest place ok

very nice hotel, quaint, clean rooms, bathroom a bit dated, if someone has problems with knees or to lift their legs taking a shower would be a problem because there is no shower tray, but it is inside a mini bathtub, there are toiletries for personal hygiene only soap on the sink. Typical German cuisine, the owner, should be a little more flexible, and present alternatives to vegetarians or intolerant. The breakfast buffet good, although for us Italians lovers of sweet a little miserable, only panbrioches, rusks with various jams, only on Sunday there were two cakes. Overall a good hotel where despite everything I would return.
