Schwarzwaldgasthof-Hotel Schlossmuehle

We had a wonderful stay and can recommend this hotel without reservation! We felt very comfortable right from our arrival. The entire staff was extremely friendly, warm, and helpful. The hotel's decor is very tasteful and stylish – you notice immediately that attention was paid to many lovely details here. A special highlight for us was the breakfast: every day there was a varied, changing selection, everything freshly prepared and with high-quality food. That's how you like to start the day! We were also excellently supported in planning our excursions and received great tips. The hotel's location is simply perfect for this: right by an idyllic stream with a beautiful terrace – a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The relaxation value is truly exceptional. From here, numerous excursion destinations can be reached wonderfully – whether Freiburg, hikes, or bike tours. Alsace is also excellently suited for a nice day trip. For us, it was an all-around successful stay with a perfect mix of relaxation, enjoyment, and great excursion options. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to it! A very appealing newly renovated house, with a great combination of listed Black Forest parlour and state-of-the-art breakfast room. Breakfast offers the best regional ingredients from the surrounding farms and extra delicacies are exceptionally good according to good Baden tradition. The open lounges have a coffee machine, wine cooler and more available around the clock. The service is excellent, help is sought immediately for any question or concern. Finally: excellent
