We were in transit and spent 2 nights there. The location well......, but there is enough parking and nearby charging station for EV . Breakfast is okay. Scrambled eggs are prepared fresh on request. The rooms and beds top. Due to the construction site Sep2025, it takes 35min walk to the center, which was not a problem for us.Ulm is really worth seeing, e.g. the Münster the highest church in the world .

A reasonably priced hotel, clean and uncomplicated. Parking is free, check-in was extremely easy via a machine. There is even a lounge with snack machines and toiletries. The location is in an industrial area, so good for an overnight stop, but probably not for a vacation.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a recent trip back to Ulm. The hotel is very clean with a modern feel. The rooms are cozy, but just enough space. The beds can be easily pushed together or kept separate. There is limited (and tight) parking in front as well as spaces in the back of the hotel. I would not say this is walk-able to the downtown area, which was our hope. It is in a business area (Aldi is in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel....good for snacks, water and wine), but I felt very comfortable here. Parking and wifi are free.
