I am absolutely appalled by the conditions in this so-called “hotel”. The LeoMar Flatrate Hotel in Blaubeurer Straße continues to be run as a regular hotel on several hotel portals, although according to recent media reports the city of Ulm has already bought the building for several million euros in 2024 to house refugees there . This is an absolute misdirection of guests and customers! Anyone who tries to book there is likely to be ripped off or end up with no room as a tourist – after all, the house is intended for refugees, not hotel guests. The address is given everywhere as a hotel, but in truth this is just a shelter for refugees. How could that be? This is cheating on the customers! The hotel portals would have to correct this long ago, but they don't. There is no question of a proper hotel operation. It's just a cheating pack and a rip-off. Anyone who books here is guaranteed to be disappointed – if anyone comes in at all. Finger weg!

It is a simple hotel. Breakfast is o.k. Place to park your car is 5 á 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff is very friendly. There is no restaurnat in this hotel. If you are traveling around it is a good stop.

Excellent hotel with great staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, they gave great service even in the middle of the night. Free parking is close to the place, in addition there are quite a few large shops including a supermarket. A rich and delicious breakfast. fair price. Highly recommended
