The service at the desk has proved very unfriendly and impersonal. Is insufficient. Practical issues such as a too small bed (with a footboard) are not negotiable at this hotel. For tall people from 1.90 meters the bed is -NOT- suitable. Too small a bed would be a solution without a footboard. But that kind of simple solution is dismissed with: then you should have read our website better. I settle for less than standard (economy) or dated (shower with shower curtain) as long as there is a good bed in the room for a good night's sleep. (I had a long drive ahead of me.) And if the bed is too small, that solutions are thought of! Like, for example, another bed, or another room and if there is not one, remove the footboard. That is now the missing link to a local mom-dad hotel that do offer service in it. It contains ‘soul and bliss’ and I missed that in this chilly business hotel. ‘Another hotel for you ‘thankfully there are those too.

At one level what it is. 2 minutes from motorway. We actually stayed January 2025 but Trip Advisor can't cope with inefficient users. And I think we stayed February 2024. We'd have stayed Jan 2026 but my back let me down so sadly we cancelled skiing. It's a big hotel near a motorway as you roar to the Austrian Alps (too old to do 750 miles in one go). But it's clean, comfortable, warm - and quiet. And it does all those warming dishes like pork and schnitzel and German salads, that are so much more exciting than salad in England, and German beer. And fabulous breakfasts with cheese and meat and bread and coffee and more cheese and meat and coffee and bread and sausage - and pretty much anything you can think of. About a million time better than Travel Lodge / Premier Inn and Beefeater. To hell with haute cuisine. Just brilliant at what it does. And before you think I am a total heathen I can tell my Margaux from my Cote du Rhone. Or my Verdi from my Fat Boy Slim. Actually no idea who FBS is. But I do like Venice.

A truly convenient hotel, ideally located right off the highway, with a very accessible parking lot that allows you to park without stress upon arrival. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and the air conditioning is a real plus for resting in a pleasant atmosphere. The pool area is a little haven of peace: quiet, relaxing, perfect for unwinding after the drive or a busy day. The breakfast is hearty, generous, and the staff is welcoming, attentive, and professional, which makes the stay even more pleasant. A place where you feel good, ideal for taking a break, recharging, and enjoying a quiet moment. I highly recommend it.
