Qube Heidelberg

The rooms were very clean and cozy. The breakfast was very varied and delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable as guests.

For a 4-star hotel, it lacks a bit of maintenance. Hair on the towel, terrace overgrown with plants, and no coffee machine in the room. Wi-Fi ok, TV limited to German channels. Room reserved for two people with a double bed, in the end, it was two single beds pushed together. The staff does not speak French (1 hour from Strasbourg). Paid parking. The rest of the room was clean and the decor nice

This hotel does not deserve its 4 stars: no attention in the rooms apart from a candy on the first day (no water, no coffee); the reception staff do not say hello; the bedding is mediocre. There is a variety at breakfast but mostly savory options. We are disappointed.
